Whether we want a job in construction, or in big business, or at a law firm--whether it is an entry level, intermediate level, or senior executive level, there one constant: that someone will make the hiring decision and that the Physics of Leadership determines the outcome.
That hiring manager will decide whether or not they see it in their own best interest to hire us based on how we make them feel about their priorities, interests, and future success.
And whether we get the job or not depends on our Art of applying the Physics of Leadership--and whether we can align ourselves with the interests of the hiring officials and the organization. So, when the time comes for hiring officials select a candidate, we are the candidate they remember based on the feelings we left them with when they considered our application and/or interviewed us.
